I spoke to Louis over a year ago when we were contemplating on selling our property. We instead decided to rent it out and did so on a one year lease. Throughout this time, Louis, through Executive Realty, his company, kept in touch via email. Once our tenant’s lease was up, we decided to sell and after considering another realtor and alternative ways to sell, I called Louis for a market analysis of our home. I was actually surprised if not a bit skeptical about the listing price he was suggesting for our home. I honestly thought it was a bit high but why not? We met Louis after he came up as the realtor for a condo we were interested in purchasing. Due to my employment situation, Wells Fargo only approved us for 40k so we decided to own a condo rather than rent a home. So Louis claimed his connections could get us at least 100k, which I won’t lie, I highly doubted! To make a long story short Louis stuck with us through 12 different lost offers to cash investors and 1 bank approved short sale that the bank changed their mind and forclosed on! My wife was upset so we chose new construction and what originally was promised of a 100k approval, after paying my car off I got 132k!!!! We are now in our brand new home thanks to Louis and his connections!

I purchased a home in Las Vegas a few weeks ago. Louis handled everything from A to Z thruout the entire process. He helped me with the lender that I selected and made phone calls and emails to help keep the deal on track with everyone involved in the process. Louis Asmo is indeed the most incredible real estate agent. By far the best in Las Vegas. A couple of years ago I was looking to invest in real estate in Las Vegas as I felt the market was clearly approaching the bottom. I knew that rentals were good during the housing crisis, so I felt a logical investment would be buying a home in Vegas and renting it out whiile it appreciated. Louise contacted me with the very suggestion I had in mind. He did ALL THE HOMEWORK. He scouted every possible investment location and provided the pros and cons of each and presented them to me. He did absolutely everything to facilitate the opportunity. I had to do NOTHING! He even got me a property mgr!
